  1. REMAP Program entitles members the right to earn loyalty points on all their purchases, which can be redeemed for Rewards as per the redemption program managed by Eicher Motors Ltd in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. The REMAP(hereinafter called as Program) is open only to Royal Enfield mechanics that are resident Indian nationals and have purchased parts from retailers after enrolment in this program.
  3. Eicher Motors Ltd reserves the right to reject any application for enrolment at its sole discretion, without assigning any reason or warning.
  4. Accumulation of points will be subject to sole discretion of Eicher Motors Ltd.
  5. Eicher Motors Ltd is not responsible for any damaged/mutilated/ lost in transit/incorrectly filled forms.
  6. The explanation and clarification given in the FAQs also form part of the Program Terms and Conditions.
  7. Eicher Motors Ltd reserves the right to withdraw any or all promotion benefits, at any point of time without prior intimation
  8. On becoming a member of the Program, the applicant authorizes Eicher Motors Ltd to use data submitted by him/her under the Program in any manner as per the requirement of Eicher Motors Limited
  9. Eicher Motors Ltd holds out no warranty and makes no representation about the quality of services provided by the mechanic enrolled on this Program, and will not be responsible if the said goods/services are found defective/deficient/ unsatisfactory in any way.
  10. Eicher Motors Ltd shall not be responsible for any liability incurred by the Cardholders, with respect to any aspect of the Program.
  11. Eicher Motors Ltd shall not, in any way, be liable or under any obligation to the Cardholders if the Program is withdrawn or modified due to statutory enactments, judicial/quasi judicial orders or any other reasons beyond its control.
  12. Eicher Motors Ltd reserves the right to add, modify, withdraw or delete any of the terms & conditions or the duration of the Program, with or without prior notice.
  13. The Loyalty points in the members account are non transferable.
  14. The gifts/rewards due against Loyalty points earned are not replaceable or refundable in cash nor can they be exchanged for any other alternative denominations.
  15. Any fraud or abuse of the Card and/or rewards/benefits arising out of the Program is subject to appropriate administrative and/or legal action by Eicher Motors Ltd, including forfeiture of accumulated Loyalty points and related rewards/benefits, and may result into the cancellation of the membership.
  16. If some Loyalty points and/or rewards/benefits are wrongly credited into Cardholders account, the same shall be debited and the person shall be informed accordingly.
  17. In case of any dispute on the Loyalty points and/or rewards/benefits, the same shall be looked into/resolved only on producing of the transaction bill/MRP tag to Eicher Motors Ltd Call Centre.
  18. If a member believes he or she has not received Loyalty points for any transaction, he or she can take up the request with Eicher Motors Ltd, for such credit(s) at their helpline nos.
  19. As a member of the Program, the member authorizes Eicher Motors Ltd to send marketing communications through the media at the discretion of Eicher Motors Ltd.
  20. In case of loss/theft of the Card, the member must inform the Eicher Motors Ltd call centre/distributor immediately and apply for issuance of a duplicate Card, if interested.
  21. Eicher Motors Ltd will not accept responsibility for circumstances that are beyond its reach or control, and that may cause a delay or inability to fulfill requests of the Cardholders.
  22. Nothing under this Program shall be interpreted or construed as creating or establishing any relationship of employer and employee or that of principal and agent between Eicher Motors Limited and the Cardholder/User.
  23. Use & Validity
  24. The validity of the Loyalty points shall be up to 31/3/2018 from the date of earning /accumulation. If the Loyalty points are not redeemed within the aforesaid period, they could be considered as lapsed.
  25. All the Cards, even after their issuance, remain the property of Eicher Motors Ltd. In case the company closes this Program, the Loyalty points shall lapse.
  26. Loyalty points can be redeemed only through SMS.
  27. The Loyalty points will be valid only till the validity of the Program membership. In the event of any lapse of membership, the member is required to renew his/her membership within a period of 15 days. In the event a member fails to renew his/her membership within this period, the Loyalty points in the members account will be considered as lapsed. In case of renewal of membership the Loyalty points in the members account will be transferred to his/her new Account.
  28. Loyalty points can be redeemed only by way of gifts/partners gift vouchers.
  29. Renewal or Loss
  30. The Loyalty points will be valid only till the validity of the Program membership. In the event of any lapse of membership, the member is required to renew his/her membership within a period of 15 days.
  31. In the event a member fails to renew his/her membership within this period, the Loyalty points in the members account will be considered as null and void. In case of renewal of membership the Loyalty points in the members account will be transferred to his/her new account

  33. Eicher Motors Ltd collects and uses User’s personal information for the following purposes::
    A) To personalize your experience: We may use information to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on our Site.
    B) To improve our Program: We continually strive to improve our program offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you.
    C) To send periodic SMS: The contact number provided by user, will only be used, to send them information and updates. It may also be used to respond to their enquiries, and/or other requests or questions. If user decides to opt in to our contact list, they will receive SMS that may include company news, updates, related product or service information and marketing information.
    D) If at any time, the user would like to unsubscribe from receiving future SMS they may do so.
